What registration fees cover

Registration fees will include participation in the Summit, meals and social events. Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel or airport transfers, which should be booked by participants directly. All Summit participants, including those receiving travel grants, have been asked to contribute the registration fee.

Issues with payments and/or cancellations

If you are having issues with registration payments or need to cancel your registration, please contact Kerry Soderlund (kerry@globalfundcf.org). In the case of cancelling registration, the GFCF will retain 10% of the registration fee for administrative costs.

Support with visa applications

Registering for the Summit does not guarantee that the organizers will provide support around visa applications. Support will be provided at the organizer’s discretion.
